1. Who this policy covers

This policy covers Ariadys AI's own website: this marketing page and the No-Show Leak Calculator. It does not cover data handled under a signed client agreement, which is governed by that agreement instead.

2. What this site does and does not collect

The No-Show Leak Calculator collects nothing. It runs entirely in your browser. No numbers you enter are sent to any server, stored, or logged by Ariadys or any third party. Don't take our word for it: open your browser's network tab while using the calculator and watch nothing fire.

There's no contact form or booking form on this site. The homepage links to our booking page on 42min.us, a separate scheduling service with its own privacy policy; anything you enter there goes to that service, not to this site. You can also reach Ariadys by email through the mailto: link, which opens your own email client.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. Cloudflare states it does not use cookies or track you across other websites. We see only totals, such as page views and the countries visits come from, not who you are. No tracking pixels or advertising tools run on this site.

3. How we use what we collect

If you email Ariadys directly, that message is used solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the services described in your signed agreement. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

4. Cookies

This site does not currently set any cookies. Pages are served through Cloudflare, which processes standard connection data (such as your IP address and request metadata) to deliver the page and protect it from abuse. Ariadys does not control or receive this data separately from that delivery function, except the visit totals described in section 2.

5. Your rights

If you are a California, Nevada, or Delaware resident, you may have rights under your state's privacy law to know what personal information we hold about you, request its deletion, or opt out of its sale (we do not sell personal information, so this last right does not currently apply in practice). To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email in §7.

6. Data retention

Direct email you send is retained only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, or, if you become a client, per the retention terms in your signed agreement. The calculator retains nothing, per §2.
